**For Title and Plate services 2 Personal Checks or Money Orders will be needed to be made out to the Secretary of State and the Department of Revenue.

** Please do not forget to bring a 

Photo ID as well as a Proof of Address:

  • Proof of Address can be in the form of 1 of the following with the name of the individual registering:

    • ​​​Lease or Rental agreement

    • Utility bill,

    • Bank statement,

    • College document
